We advised BSD Group Holdings Limited on the sale of Empire Linen Services Limited to Johnson Service Group in a £20 million transaction.

Empire Linen Services is a well established provider of linen hire and laundry services to the hospitality sector. The transaction formed part of Johnson Service Group’s strategic expansion within the UK textile services market.
